In a panel, best practices were presented, and we discussed what can make employers appealing, both today and in the future. A tour of Microsoft Germany\u2019s offices in Cologne\u2019s Rhine Harbour rounded off the afternoon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We and many of our member companies are also focused on the acquisition of suitable skilled workers. We highlighted various strategies and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco.de\/presse\/fachkraefte-akquise-2023-eco-verband-nennt-7-empfehlungen\/\">t<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/international.eco.de\/presse\/finding-skilled-workers-in-2023-eco-association-gives-7-recommendations\/\">ips<\/a>, concentrating specifically on the recruitment of skilled employees from abroad:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco.de\/presse\/eco-umfrage-it-fachkraefte-aus-der-ganzen-welt-sind-in-deutschland-willkommen\/\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/international.eco.de\/presse\/eco-survey-it-professionals-from-all-over-the-world-are-welcome-in-germany\/\">eco Survey: IT Specialists from All Over the World are Welcome in Germany<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco.de\/news\/fehlende-it-fachkraefte-in-deutschland-ein-blick-nach-tunesien-lohnt-sich\/\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/international.eco.de\/news\/lack-of-it-specialists-in-germany-it-pays-to-take-a-look-at-tunisia\/\">Lack of IT Specialists in Germany: It Pays to Take a Look at Tunisia<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, through our numerous surveys, we strive to reflect the opinions of different groups and put them into context. This is intended to help provide our member companies with an orientation framework and to offer recommendations for action.
